Mandi Singer Designs offers several weekday ONLY shipping options at fixed rates:

$8.00 USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 Business Days: Weekday ONLY Delivery (Monday-Friday)
$30.00 Expedited/Express: UPS Air, 2 Business Days: Weekday ONLY Delivery (Monday-Friday)
$50.00 Expedited/Express: UPS Overnight/Next Business Day: Weekday ONLY Delivery (Monday-Friday)
Weekday ONLY Expedited/Express orders received before 11:30 am EST normally ship the same day. Expedited/Express orders deliver on WEEKDAYS ONLY. No delivery on Saturday or Sunday regardless of shipping method. No delivery to PO Boxes. Physical address is required for ALL orders. All other orders normally process and ship within one business day of receipt. Exceptions to this schedule occur on the day following holidays and three-day weekends:
• New Year’s Day (January 1)
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day (July 4)
• Thanksgiving
• Labor Day
• Day before Christmas (December 24)
• Christmas Day (December 25)

Tracking & delivery information is provided via email to the address provided at check out. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance on claims and package recovery (USPS or United Parcel Service(UPS). Mandi Singer Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Is it possible to return or exchange my Mandi Singer Designs Jewelry? May I have a refund?
Your satisfaction is our priority, we gladly accept return merchandise purchased from MandiSingerDesigns.com for exchange or store credit. Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you may return that item within 14 days of delivery. The funds from your original order will be transferred to an e-Gift Card for use at MandiSingerDesigns.com or you will be sent your desired size, as available. e-Gift Cards do not expire and are available for use at anytime while a balance is available. MandiSingerDesigns.com does not offer refunds. Only MandiSingerDesigns.com store credit in the form of an e-Gift Card delivered via email is available at this time.
To be eligible for a size exchange or store credit (e-Gift Card), your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; including the original packaging, and a copy of the Order Confirmation.
Instructions:
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase (Order Confirmation) with your merchandise in the original packaging.

You may choose your shipping method and you are responsible for shipping costs for your returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide return shipping labels. We strongly advise that you secure a trackable shipping service &/or purchasing shipping insurance especially for items of high value. MandiSingerDesigns.com is not responsible for items lost in transit.
After we have received your returned item(s), please allow 7-14 days to process your return.
MandiSingerDesigns.com LLC does not offer refunds.
Order Cancellations:
Online orders are processed immediately and may not be cancelled. To exchange an item after you have received it, please follow the exchange instructions above.
We reserve the right to deny returns/credits, or to impose different or additional conditions, should the instructions not be followed.
